Straightening of frames and cabs

As part of accident damage repairs we often use the specialised equipment for straightening frames and cabins of tractor units, trailers and semi-trailers.

In the straightening proces we use the state-of-the-art Cellete equipment (pomps, hydraulic cylinders, pulling towers) as well as various types of instrumentation, including the floor plate. It helps us to carry out the repairs quickly and comprehensively.

Thanks to the use of the JOSAM induction heater, we do not expose the electrical system and vehicle accessories to damage, as is the case when using a traditional burner and open fire; we do not cause changes in the structure of structural steel. To check the accuracy of the repair, we use the JOSAM measuring system.
